For Veronika Vovk Dmytriyivna, fashion has never existed in isolation. The Ukrainian model and fashion influencer built the early part of her career around a life that also included university, frequent travel and work across different European markets.
She completed a degree in Psychology in Ukraine while professional commitments took her into fashion campaigns, commercial projects and international collaborations.
Her portfolio now includes work with Guess, Italian brand 100% Capri, fashion shows connected to Demna, and a Cypriot airline campaign alongside Andrea Pirlo. Behind those names sits a lifestyle shaped by discipline, independence and the decision not to choose only one direction.
Fashion Did Not Replace Education
A degree and an international fashion career can easily compete for the same time. Veronika chose not to treat one as an obstacle to the other.
During her university years, she continued to accept professional opportunities outside Ukraine. Travel days, campaign schedules and fashion commitments had to fit around lectures, coursework and academic deadlines.
That routine required more than a full calendar. It demanded discipline, clear priorities and the ability to switch between very different environments.
“I don’t believe you always have to choose just one path. With the right organization and mindset, you can pursue an education, build a career, travel and grow in several areas at the same time.”
That belief became part of how Veronika approached her twenties. Her Psychology degree gave her an academic goal that existed outside the fashion world, while her professional career gave her direct experience with new people, cultures and working environments.
The two paths were different, but neither had to disappear for the other to succeed.
For Veronika, that became one of the most important parts of her personal story. She did not wait for graduation before she allowed herself to take international opportunities seriously, and she did not abandon university once her fashion career began to expand.
Travel Became Part of Her Normal Routine

Travel often appears as the glamorous side of fashion, but for Veronika it became something far more practical. It was part of the job, part of her schedule and eventually part of her everyday lifestyle.
Her work introduced her to Ukrainian and European brands, with projects that required her to adapt quickly to different teams and professional expectations.
Her collaboration with 100% Capri created an ongoing connection with an Italian fashion brand, while her wider portfolio brought her into commercial and fashion projects across Europe. A Cypriot airline campaign also gave her the opportunity to appear in a scene with Andrea Pirlo, an experience that added another international production to her career.
Each project came with a different setting, but the expectation remained the same. She had to arrive prepared, understand what the production required and adjust to the people around her.
“International projects taught me to stay professional, adaptable and confident in any environment.”
Travel therefore became more than a change of scenery. It taught her how to work outside familiar surroundings and how to remain composed when the pace, location or people changed.
That experience also influenced her independence. A schedule that moves between countries leaves little room for poor planning, especially when university responsibilities still wait at home.
A Lifestyle Built Around Independence
The polished side of fashion only tells part of Veronika’s story. She has also dealt with difficult situations and people whose intentions were not always genuine.
Those experiences changed the way she looks at both professional relationships and personal boundaries.
“I learned to trust my intuition, be careful about the people around me and make my own decisions.”
That mindset now sits at the centre of the lifestyle she wants to protect as her career develops.
Veronika plans to expand her presence in the international fashion industry, work with more recognised brands and continue to grow her personal profile across Europe and other markets. At the same time, she remains attached to the independence that came through education, travel and early career experience.
Her story is not built around the idea that a young woman must sacrifice one ambition to make another possible. It is built around the opposite.
For Veronika Vovk Dmytriyivna, fashion, education and travel have become parts of the same life, each one contributing something different to the person and professional she continues to become.
